        It was a bit plain/bland. The bun was very dry on some ends. I was expecting something with more sauce, spice or cheese or something.

        The gluten free concept is great. It tastes okay too. However, the special bread did not taste nice and smelled of bad vegetable oil. Everything tasted like being reheated for a long time. The waitress was on the phone for a while even though she could see that I tried to order. The food was expensive even after the discount. I am not sure that I will be back anytime soon! And they changed from a wood fork to plastic fork,which is a shame.

        I had a very disappointing experience at Guasa. The wait was very long even though the queue wasn't big (although I understand that some staff may still be in training). Unfortunately the food wasn't worth the wait (and was overpriced!). I ordered black bean arepa. It didn't have much filling, not to mention that some elements weren't added to my arepa (plantain, which I even specifically asked about because I didn't see it, and was reassured that it was added!). It tasted just ok. Won't be coming back
