        I did order an electric Shower on line, after 10 days i send an email to inquire about my order next day I had an email back saying PayPal didnt send them the funds. I took a screenshot of PayPal account and my bank statement showing that the funds has been sent. Reply from MEDLOCK ( please speak to your card issuers we didnt get the funds) I filed a complaint with PayPal and ask for refund with in two hours MEDLOCK electrical refund me the full amount of my money that they supposedly didnt receive.not happy at all as my tenants never got the shower. I did order the same shower at the same price from Edwardes Bros Dulwich Ltd and I received it the next day.

        Absolutely excellent service from the gentleman who served my dad two days ago. He patiently took the time to explain the products and advise him what to buy. Really outstanding service. Thanks!

        Staff demand from all customers a face covering, but themselves serve all customers without it. it is really difficult to understand who is protected from the virus in this store.

        I have been in this branch twice. Both times spent almost 10 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to serve. Unfortunately, no one came. They have a buzzer which you have to use to get attention but the staff do not care. Will never visit this branch again and would not recommend to anyone unless you want to waste your time
