    Purchased an extractor fan stating 2-3 days delivery, to receive an email stating "we are currently waiting for stock to come from the supplier, we are hoping to be able to get the stock into us within the next 7-10 working days" Call to cancel order and complain. On 6th call got through to them. They happily cancelled order but Advised they don't deal with complaints as they are an electrical wholesaler. They then advised they recived my order and emailed me, emphasising they done this quicky (I agree, it was within 25 minutes) However I advised website still shows 2-3 days depsite not being in stock. They advise they don't update the website with there stock levels Not impressed, as I now need to wait for the refunded money appears so I can re-order from a company that tracks inventory before taking payment I will not use them again

    Never used these before but had to due to them saying they had the stock I needed. 600 order and still no sign of it after 7 days! Ordered on 16/04/23, had to let a customer down and push the job back. Not happy with this service at all. Not only have an upset a customer but Ive lost money on the back on this! the items showed in stock yet still arent with me after 7 days! How is that possible. Will never use again

    Items languished in an unpicked status for days, no idea when I'll get them. They do not answer the phone and say to email if urgent. You know how that works out! 'No reply'! The worst of the worst currently.

    Placed an online order for a number of identical items which were delivered promptly, but in error. This was only noticed when parts had been installed, but Electricpoint acknowledged the issue, provided free return postage and replaced all items, including one that had been installed, FOC. Very happy with the service received, which in this day and age is exceptional and will use again.
