My boots sole was detached and I needed it fixed before xmas. Not only was my shoe not delivered on time as promised, but unfortunately it returned to its damaged state after being worn ONLY twice.

Dry cleaning service is fine, but if you are looking for shoe repair, to avoid at all cost. Wasting your money there. Had to have work redone. And even then, after 6 months of very light office use (used about 10 times), the heel of one shoe was again a problem, glue giving away. The guy they use for shoe is a joke. They should just stop proposing this service.

I sent two pair of shoes to which I wanted to extend the velcro. Not only did they not follow the instructions about adding the velcro the lip of the shoes but they glued a quick industrial velcro and called it a day. After questioning their work they redid it and ruined further the shoes. Velcro was ripped off leaving massive gaps of torn material and where the velcro was added the shoe seam was compromised. Not to mentioned returned with pen stains at the back of the shoe.This bothched job cost 15.00 pounds per pair. I would have prefered they said they couldn't do it than ruin products. I don't know about their dry cleaning service but definitely do not use for shoe repair.

Appalling customer service. Coat hadnt even been dry cleaned as evidenced by tissues still in the pockets. Owner not interested in discussing my dissatisfaction. Avoid this place.
