Terrible as usual. Was told to do an e-consult. E-consult said seek urgent medical help and call your GP. Called my GP and the receptionists words were "Yes, probably because you raised red flags with some of your answers, so go back and clear them and it will let you complete the consultant online" - basically telling me to go back and lie. Shambles.

Easy booking and in-person appointment. I find the online consultation very accessible and quick. Doctors give a ring back a day or less after submitting consultation online and booking an face to face appointment was easy. Receptionists were polite and efficient. GP clinic was kept relatively tidy. Been registered with the practice for over 2years now, never had a problem with getting help and their treatment of me was always good.

Terrible GP practice!! You can't book an appointment via phone. Online booking system is horrendous! First, the online form to book an appointment doesn't list out all the illness hence you have to log your problem under a completely different issue. Then you have to fill out millions of pages yet still no appointment but a phone call days later. Just ridiculous! How can older people even manage this!
