        Went to the Charlton shop, had seen online that 1 piece of clothing I wanted was in stock, Met a friendly team member named Nyrene, she stopped her work to help me find that 1 piece of an outfit that ended up being on a mannequin, she searched high and low and was so friendly, I was very impressed with her wit and helpfulness!

        Rude staff. I will certainly avoid going there for groceries shopping. Luckily we do have a Sainsbury's right aside.

        Earlier in the week..we were seen initially by Nyrene at the till upstairs - she was very friendly and helpful :), and then she called Kate who saw us for a fitting. Kate was excellent! She managed to fit us in immediately. Was attentive, calm, patient friendly and kind to the last minute of seeing her. Extremely professional. I just had to come here and leave a review for these two workers. Especially as there have been unhelpful shop assistants there in the past. These two outshone them! Well done ladies - keep it up!
