Tried to use my totem card as a student I get 10% off at co op stores but the assistant at the check out desk looked like he'd never see one before. Asked me what it was for, I explained and said i had used it in store previously. The assistant then asked me "how did it work last time" as if I was doing his job for him? After standing there for a few minutes he said it was ready to pay and he charged me full price. Disgusting behaviour in a cost of living crisis. I won't be coming back to this co op shop again.

Sort the layout out for gods sake. I dont want to wonder round like lemon finding things that should obviously be together. Im so annoyed Im leaving a review for a CO-OP! SMH
