It's really conveniently located, but the selection is not the best. An entire, massive section for chocolate and crisps? Seriously? Can we have more real food instead? The staff is really lacking of any motivation. Really, the only reason I am going there is because it's the only one in the area.

It's a small co op but has good inventory. Opens normally at 7am and closes at 10pm.

Update: the customer service has somehow gotten even worse to the point of rudeness. Good food, more of a meat selection than Tesco, but every time I go in there's no one on the till and you have to ask them twice to bag the groceries, one thing the nearby Tesco has over them is customer service.

The variety of food there is fine. The bad review is for a rude encounter with who I think may be a new manager? So this is a weekday evening around 10pm. My friend buys some bottles of wine, has them in a bag and as she just stops to look at something on the aisle on the way out, one wine bottle slips out of the bag, onto the floor and smashes. When this manager comes over, to paraphrase, he says something along the lines of 'you've lost us money and given us more work to do before closing'. Mate, we spent 8 quid on the bottle, do you really think we wanted to see its contents all over the floor? It's unfortunate it had to be cleaned up by someone but it was an accident... the cashier was nice about it though when I go to buy a replacement so cheers to that guy. I don't think I'll go in there again so I guess it's him that's lost them money. Nice.
