Dont deal with this shop regarding parcels at all 4 days ago they delivered our package opposite of the road as the shop were still closed. When we questioned them where is our package or why they dont take responsibility for it and contact fedex regarding the issue that the package is not being delivered to a safe place to them as it requested. They just simply lift on the shoulder its not our problem sort it out yourself so today when I came back to ask about the package if they recovered it this is how they handed me the delivery note with a comment that ohh I dont know if my wife give the package to anyone else the paper was here for long time so I ripped it apart again 4 days not even weeks. So its mean they are just handing out packages to anyone what is a disgrace just like they attitude towards customers. They should be ashamed with the customer service what they have.

A very racist establishment with a racist store owner. Don't send your collect plus packages to them, they wont give it to you if you're black.

It looks like it is a very convenient store, conveniently located. Which is good. Just that the DHL drop off wasn't working. I would say the store should be removed from the delivery drop off options on the DHL website. I expect that should save a number of wasted journeys.
