Sarah
Used the Costa machine to get a latte, but the milk wasn't coming out just air. Notified a member of staff and was told "uh I don't know, just try again" I tried again and the same thing happened. The assistant didn't escalate it to his manager I had to do it instead with no resolution. Had to get an espresso instead. Terrible customer service, don't bother using the machine just go to the Costa next door if it's open.
