        I have been around the block many times when it comes to Starbucks cafes. Obviously there is only so much one can expect from the personnel. But the Wi-fi has *always* been good. Not in this specific location though. Sorry, that is important to me hence the low rating.

        The customer servic3 was terrible . I was told my Starbucks voucher would crash the system so couldn't use it. The manager was rude and said there was nothing he could do. Very abrupt and not interested in solving the issues.
