The tables are cleaned too infrequently by staff, tables are arranged in a disorganised fashion and for at least a year the upstairs section has been closed off too often. I'd estimate half the time I visit, the upstairs section is closed.
This branch is also in need of refurbishment as it has become very worn. There is also a lack of tables and chairs.
Toilets are filthy and poorly maintained.
