Leaving this low rating solely because of the experience myself as well as a few other people I have spoken to have had with the security guard in this shop. The shop is filled with people but its strange and worrying how he selects who he chooses to follow around while we do our shop, I understand he has to do his job but there are better ways to control and guard an environment and his way is not correct or fair, they need to offer him further training on how to guard without obvious discrimination

Really poor shopping experience many products in the make up range are not in stock, in 21st century no self check out service only 1 till working having to queue and wait for long in a Tuesday evening seems an overkill and too much effort considering there are other shopping options, security was all around me every time I was looking at products so that made the experience quite unpleasant. I think next time I will consider another shop or different boots store

Old security would follow me around but would leave me be after a while. New security follows, stares, stands behind me! Both wrong! Ive never stolen a thing in my life it makes my shopping experience so uncomfortable! The staff are a hit or miss either they are helpful or super rude it depends on who you approach and what day. The store its self is great and has most products
