Awful service from this hair salon. I spoke to the owner (who calls herself classic) and she told me to come at 11 in the morning. I arrived on time only to have to wait over half an hour outside as the place wasn't prepared for my arrival. On top of that she done a terrible job doing my twists and charged me 70 pounds. She used cheap product in my hair which caused my hair to clump which you could visibly, look awful and flake while using extensions which didn't suit my hair type. Its been a week since she done my hair and I've already taken them out due to them looking so bad. It's as if was done by someone who has little to no experience yet claims she's been doing hair for over 25 years. I had contacted her about the situation and she told me to come back the following week but didn't give me the time frame only afternoon, she not only didn't give me a time frame but also lied and didn't turn up which has caused me to put everything on hold ( I'm a university student). Overall as a member of the black community myself I'm disappointed at how she has dealt with me and believe that it just shows a reflection of how she really is in general which is only there for the money and not there to respect the customer and give them a overall great experience. + Would have been half a star or no star if google made it an option. If you're looking for a good place to do your hair, not to be ripped off and taken advantage of go elsewhere. Service: Hairstyling

Beautiful salon with a great atmosphere. Ruth is an amazing stylist with years of experience. She gave me good advice on how to look after my hair. I only came for cornrows which she did perfectly. Cant wait to return to have my hair treatment and other styles. Thanks Ruth
