10K followers on instagram but unable to organise a booking. My appointment was scheduled today at 12pm. I booked via the website and was reminded via email on Sunday to prepare for my appointment. I arrived at the facility at 11:54 to find the door was locked. After ringing the store number a few times I saw a lady at the back and knocked for her attention to which she opened the door for me. I waited for 10 minutes to find out the lady that was scheduled to my hair was away until the following week. I cant stress how annoyed that my deposit had been taken and nobody had the common decency to email or call to save a trip coming down to the store. I really wanted to support this business but the unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy is outrageous. Updated: After i sent an email to their customer services desk i got a call from the manager apologising and wanted to offer 10% of my booking if i choose to reschedule. I requested for my deposit back which came the same day. When booking with them please beware as they clearly disrespected my time and my day off where i could have spent my custom elsewhere. For the time we're living with i really expected more from this black business.

Please whatever you do, do not order a wig from their salon. Maybe their other services are better but it is not worth buying a wig with them. I ordered a wig with them in April, received my wig in July/August. It was clearly ridiculously late. And during this course of waiting they blamed me, for amending my order the day of ordering the wig, they blamed Covid then they eventually admitted they had just missed the dpd drop off. When the wig came it came smelling of bleach, damp and still late delivered by the owner. I emailed they stating how annoyed I was and asked for a refund that never came and they instead said they give me a free install. However when I tried to book for the appointment they ignored my emails. whatever you do just do not buy a wig with them its just not worth it Services: Hairstyling, Hair extensions
