        Concierge is lovely, beautifully designed and its a relatively secure building. However, the construction has many flaws. Windows are not sealed and getting aftercare team to fix is taking too long. We reported a draft from a bedroom window in September and mid-February, no one has come to fix. The draft has led to our heating bill going from 45/month to 102, with only heating on in 2 rooms our of 6 (19 degrees). Bathrooms are finished with a material that is not waterproof and we had a hole in the bathroom wall when we moved in. There is a huge crack in one of our windows that was reported before we moved in, 2,5 years ago, and it has still not been attended.
