Great customer service from RJW today, very reasonable price to come and service my boiler, explained what the checks he was doing and why, very knowledgeable guy. Will be using in the future for sure.

Called RJW heating for an issue with my boiler. The engineer came out the same day. There was a part that needed replacing and I was kept informed all the way. Boiler back up and running and very happy with the service. Excellent service

Thank you Rob for doing a brilliant job especially where he had to fix another so called plumbers botched job. He came out the day after we spoke to him. He was prompt, punctual, genuine and straight to businesS. He was honest and knew what he was talking about which in this trade people value the most. He replaced and repaired three point valve with the diverter, heating thermostat and the programmer. The wiring was messed up but he sorted it all out and explained what has been done to what should have been done. I highly recommend his work.
