We bought OX Tools from one of the retailers ( in December 2021 ) . Item damaged after using a few times . They refused to accept return or to replaceme it . With out any reason ! They told me to contact with retailer - retailer told me to contact with them .. A few weeks waiting for noting .. Avoid OX tools , as they warranty DO NOT EXIST ! Poor product and waste of the money. Please see attached photo .

If I could issue no stars I would. I sent them a email in December 2021 addressing my issues and still to date, no reply. That's 6 months I only bought 1 product. A plastering trowel. the blade has a slight rattle when flicked. Loose rivet maybe. And the deep scores left down the blade edge are awful. Took me ages to wet and dry then out do it was usable for finish plate. Now, six months after buying the trowel the rubber grip on the handle is peeling off. I should have spent the extra on Marshall town And ox tools market it as tough. Seriously... Don't bother. I won't be. Wouldn't have got this review if my email had been answered.

Very good tools. Been using quite a few of them for a few years now and have been very satisfied.

Purchased several OX Tools for my son and he found most of them to be very poor quality and overpriced as only 1 out of the 8 tools I purchased was still viable after a few months so they are exceptionally bad value and equivalent to the cheap rubbish you get in the giant shed stores but at five times the price - Do yourself a favour and avoid wasting your money.

Absolute substandard rubbish - Without doubt the worst tape I have ever had that cost a fortune and stopped retracting after just a few days. The mix bucket wore through after just six batches so I went back to my cheap one ( less that half the price ) that I have had for over a year. AVOID OX TOOLS as its all hype and no substance.
