        I've been Glemnets customer for nearly 5 years. They billed me for services they haven't provided and are yet to respond to my complaint. Raised complaint over 3 months ago still waiting for response despite countless promises. Rather disappointed with this treatment considering they are aware of their service failings. VOiP line and technical support guys are doing good job but account managers are letting this company down.
