        Terribly inefficient letting agent! I have been trying to resolve an issue with council tax for my property for months now. Each time they promise to resolve it and send the council what they need about my tenants, and they do absolutely nothing.

        I would give a zero rating if possible. Totally unresponsive and not a responsible company. 4 children left without heat or hot water for 5 days now. Told to boil the kettle. A premature baby and special needs children in the home. No care or concern awful company. Definitely taking this further, this company should not be allowed a licence to trade.

        They are ridiculous!!!! At one of their properties we constantly have no electricity. Who top up electric in an accommodation with 8 apartments? This is crazy!!! Not to mention the place is cold and we don't have control over the radiators!!!!! Madness. Worst letting agency ever!!!!!!!!!
