They are a middle agent with not very good project management skills. They didn't communicate well, nor did they confirm the requirements. They also have a large markup. You are better off going direct. Addendum: Good Morning Mr Scott, We have been informed of your negative reviews on both google and checkatrade, given the evidence we have we have decided to move forward with legal action on the grounds of defamation of our company. This email is being written out of courtesy and to inform you legal proceedings will begin tomorrow. we are providing you this opportunity to retract your review. You cannot hold a company accountable because you did not read your estimation, we cannot predict work you want done if it is not requested N.B I would at this point lower the review, but 1 star is the lowest I can leave.

Very good service. Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be using for my plumbing issues in the future.
