        I booked this company for the installation of a washing machine three weeks in advance. I rang on the morning to confirm and was told this would be happening today. After a few calls to confirm the time slot, I was returned a phone call to say that 3 men have been on a job since the afternoon and wouldnt be able to come to me. If I was simply told this at when I rang earlier in the day I would be able to have booked a plumber who could have come this afternoon. In summary poor communication, book if its ok if they dont turn up that day. I took a day off work for no reason. Not impressed.
