Rocket Pizza

I placed my order at 1944 hrs. I called at 2038 hrs as no food had arrived. Initially they couldn't find the order and had the incorrect delivery address. Then I was told the order had left at 2030 hrs and would arrive soon. I called again at 2050 hrs to cancel, as the food had still not arrived. The driver arrived at 2053 hrs, and I had to call again to confirm the cancellation. The driver heard the person on the phone tell me not to f...ing call, before he hung up on me. I spoke to a different person at 2057 hrs, who apologised for the bad language used, saying he would call back in half an hour regarding my refund. No one called back to refund my money. The following day, I spoke to Grub 24, who promptly refunded the money, saying he would speak to the manager regarding the service experienced. Given the blatant lies in their reply, I DO NOT recommend and not will not use again.

Rocket pizza is very crispy and delicious and cannot be described, you must try it at least once, it will leave a memorable taste for you

This place is a joke. I called to place an order and because I asked what sizes pizza theyve got and how much is the 14 inch. The guy told me that he does not have time for me and hung up the phone.

I enjoyed the medium BBQ chicken pizza that I got here for 6. I found the price point to be good value for money.

The best local pizza! Their dough is always fresh and golden underneath, never burnt or old like some other places. Staff is friendly on the phone and always welcoming in store. Recommended
