        Friendly service overall but slowly gone downhill with being helpful. I always call ahead for my medication and get told it is either ready that day or will be by a certain day. Recently Ive gone in to get my medication to only be told they dont have it and I should contact my GP. Not sure why they tell me it will be there on a certain day then when I come in theyre confused and dont know about it then leave it to me to fix it, who is now left without my prescription. They dont let you know somethings wrong with the prescription until youve gone to collect it instead of calling to let you know before you go out of your way to collect it. This has happened a few times now.
