DB Pest Management were quick to respond and offer a same day appointment to deal with mice in the house. Matthew was clear from the outset on pricing and the service they offered. On arrival he was knowledgable and immediately detected the way that mice had got upstairs (we had no further sitings). He was thorough in checking the kitchen, under all kickboards, and under the stairs where they had entered. He came back twice and on the final visit fitted a mesh barrier where they had been entering. We had no further sitings after the second visit. Matthew was really nice to deal with. He was friendly and courteous and reassuring. He was clear in communicating the work they were doing. I would highly recommend. Service: Rodent extermination
