They were recommended by a friend and I am so glad he did. Replacement of a briken water tank valve and installation of Hive thermostats and TVRs. Everything went smoothly from the initial consultation, giving quotes on different options, arranging a date and finishing the works. They were very careful and discreet while working around the house and finished the job swiftly. They also followed up with my queries and provided helpful information. I will definitely use again. All I can say is, from the initial consultation, done over WhatsApp video call, (so much easier than having someone come round), to the quote, then arranging a time for the work to be done. Everyone I had contact with from admin to those that carried out the work, were honest, efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
