        Used them several times. Generally very helpful and were very flexible with taking down and restoring my curtains quickly when I had double glazing installed

        Designer Drapes are very professional and offer great after installation service. The installed some blinds and drapes for me, one of the blinds was giving me problems and they came out, and repaired the blinds and for no charge. I can confidentially recommend them. 5 stars!

        We recently purchased window coverings for our home. The shop was very helpful and the delivery was on time and as expected although we then realised we had given the incorrect measurements on one window blind by 10cm!! We spoke to the shop expecting a write off or considerable fee to make it right but instead we were thanked for our honesty in owning the mistake and the blind was corrected and back with us within days - and by that time, a perfect fit. The quality in everything weve bought has been high and weve been grateful for the expertise of the shop. Very happy to recommend them.
