Excellent service from start to finish, supplying very high quality products at a very reasonable price. Special thanks to Alan, whose exceptional knowledge of products and stock made the whole experience extremely smooth. Alan communicates warmly and promptly, sorted replacements and order changes at late notice, and gave us time to check we are happy with the products before payment. Recommend visiting the showroom and speaking to Alan or Mike (also a pleasure to correspond with) in person. Don't be drawn in by glitzy high-street companies - MDS' prices and expertise are superior. A local gem.

I phoned and asked about a Saniflo toilet and explained what I wanted. The person I spoke to was helpful and he said it would be a good idea to come down and speak to the sales team. So having driven across London, I met with the least interested person ever to want to sell you something - he just gave me Saniflo's telephone number. What's the point of having a salesperson who clearly does not want to sell you anything?
