        Our experience with the design consultation service was very disappointing. The initial home visit was brief and we did not have confidence in the agent's knowledge of the products or services on offer. We were told to expect the designs the following day which we have never received. On attending the in-store appointment, we waited for 30 minutes to meet with the agent, who seemed to have double booked, before leaving. We are unclear on the pricing model but were told that any installation begins at 2.5k which seems limiting for smaller home design projects.
