        Fantastic variety of classes, expert instructors, great equipment and a brilliant group of fellow BMFers. A must try for anyone trying to get fit. Ive been a member for 2 years, have lost over 15kgs in weight and am now the fittest Ive ever been! Better than any other gym and amazing value for money too !!

        A friend recommended BMF, so I joined 3 months ago and am glad I did. The atmosphere is welcoming, the instructors know your name and your skills and weak spots and I feel I have achieved a lot in the short time thanks to a great selection of classes to choose from, offered at convenient times (morning, lunch, evening).
