I used this service today went in store to collect my product, and was told that i needed to login via the email and a button that SHOULD be there. The button was not there which resulted in me having to call a manager, at whch point, I said it was taking way too long so i purchased my items AGAIN left the store and now have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. Not at all good enough if you ask me. i dont think i will be shopping here anymore , the shelves in store are empty. This is not a one off thing. I was told by the staff its not the first time so its clearly something you need to look into as you r adding un necessary pressure on your staff as your sytem DOES NOT WORK.
