Highly recommend E Carlton carpets, Billy and Sophie were a pleasure to deal with and were very flexible when we wanted the stairs and landing done another time from the bedrooms. Fast and friendly service, great workmanship and fitting from Billy. Price competitive compared to larger companies and the quality of our underlay and carpet is surberb. Thank you!

I am so excited to share this positive review on Carpet Emporium/E.Carlton & Son from my first interaction with Sophie I knew it would be a good exerience; she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They had lots of carpet options in store with a wide range of edging tape and rods for our stair runner. Sophie advised me well based on my needs I never felt as though she was trying to upsell me on more expensive productions. Billy the fitter was equally awesome! He was passionate and as excited as I was to see it all come together. Billy was a friendly, couteous, on time and very skilled - I am so glad I found this gem of a business and am soooooo pleased with the final results. They are a family run business with values and behavouours that you won't find in the big chains - Thank you Sophie and Bily for excellent service and a great experience!
