I work for elsah health care as a health care assistant. They are the best company you could ever work for. When I first started working for them I was just a driver that would drive the carers around. Then they gave me a chance to be a carer and it's the most amazing job I have ever done. It is very rewarding. All the management and all my colleagues are so nice to work with. They are all supportive and caring. I love seeing the clients faces light up when you walk in to help them. Management also arrange all the training that you need. I will forever be grateful to elsah health care for giving me a chance to be a carer. Emma chalmers

I work as a Healthcare Assistant with Elsah Health Care. Before joining I'd never done care work before. I was apprehensive at first because there is a stigma around what the job entails. However, after switching careers and hoping that being a carer would be a more rewarding job, I couldn't be happier I did so. I received on-the-job training from experienced Carers plus training days with my colleagues, and I can honestly say I have never looked back. I have a wonderful relationship with all of my Care clients and when I walk in their homes to help them start their days, their faces light up. I've never felt more wanted and appreciated in any job before I became a Carer. The company its self is as well as the management team are fantastic. They are approachable and easy to talk to. It is a well run care company and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of switching careers. Weekly pay. Paid miles. Opportunities for drivers and walkers. Job security.

I started working for Elsah healthcare last September. I have seen first hand the excellent care Elsah staff provides to all their customer in residential, nursing and domiciliary. Elsah provides Empathy, great communication skills, strong teamwork, positive attitude, patience, attentiveness and adaptability. I am extremely proud to belong to such an amazing company.
