The most unwelcome McDonalds in Bromley areas. The kitchen is behind the yellow wall so you cant see how they are preparing the food. Stuff are absolutely disrespectful. If you want to order and pay by cash, you should wait more than 5min until someone come to the counter. Order machines paperless for receipts. I was waiting 25 minutes for a simple order which was happy meal, so I find out my order was ready for 20 minutes but nobody bring it to my table as I ask for table service. At least I asked for my lunch and I received cold sandwiches and happy meal !!! If youre not able to provide a good service, why not closing the restaurant?! I really dont know whos this place manager but I really sorry for customer service they provided for everyone.

Chips cold burger cold my drink I ordered sprite came with no ice and didnt taste like sprite, tasted like sparkling water with flavour
