        Organising a funeral in Beckenham from Lancashire seemed like a daunting task but Sarah and James made it a very special occasion. From the first time I called and spoke to Sarah she was brilliant. She phoned the coroner's office daily until a death certificate was issued. She phoned me regularly to update me and make sure she knew what I wanted. She could not have been kinder. At the funeral James really took care of us, making sure that what we wanted happened. 5 stars aren't enough.
