APC Builders made my flat at Bevois Residence, Southampton. Shoddy workmanship throughout the flat. The front door doesnt close properly and they refuse to honour their build warranty. I ended up doing it myself. Make of that what you will but those are the simple facts. In response to APC reply below, if you go to the website apcbuildingservices.co.uk and scroll down you will see a picture of Bevois Residence as one of your projects. At the top is a link to apc electrical services which appears to be one and the same company. It has the same logo and web server.
