One Stop

Usually been fine shopping here, if a little expensive compared to the Tescos down the road. But there is one particular member of staff who is incredibly rude. For some reason she insisted I had to take money out of their ATM in store to pay in cash. I have never before had a problem paying with card, and she didn't even let me try to pay with card. I then watched as the person directly behind me, with less shopping, paid with their card. They looked over at me confused and I felt so embarrassed, for no good reason. I went back and asked her why I couldn't pay with card and was met with nothing answers, disinterest, and general rudeness. Completely baffled, I decided to leave. Most of the staff are nice, but this one particular young woman on staff is just always so rude. Usually I can accept it when I am popping in and out, but I was just so upset after this interaction that I've decided not to shop here again, and have advised my friends and neighbours to stop shopping here too.

I had a horrible experience with rude staff member, so was relieved to read other reviews and to see that I am not the only one - I was starting to think that it was just me. I would give no stars if I could as the rudeness was very upsetting. They made me feel like a subhuman - very unpleasant.

If I had the option of no stars I would put that!!!!! extremely rude staff that shout and belittle people when they are ask simply to do there job, disgusting behaviour and customer service will never use this shop again
