We're still waiting response from order since september 2022. We have payed them about 1000 for the order in september. Until now we have never receive any products from them, they never reply to our emails and calls. It's a scam, VIR is a fraud. Don't pay them.

Brought for the first time this week and can say absolutely perfect. Website user friendly. Prices were the best in the market. Delivery was speedy. And they even gave us a free vape with are order. nothing but praise for this Company keep up the good work and thankyou! :)

Everything looked good till I had to deal with their sales team Order 1- after placing my order took about a week to get it posted and even that was after my phone call, received it no problem. Decided to order more Order 2- More than a week no updates, nothing. Suddently oder has been cancelled! rang them "Oh, we cannot ship to Ireland anymore" (In meantime received an order from different UK company,no problem at all) Order 3- This was placed shortly before order 2 was cancelled, rang them to find out about order two cancellation,after telling me that they can't ship to ireland I asked to cancel order 3, which is not done up to this date! Date of order was april 12!

Wouldn't go anywhere else these guys are quality and great customer service. Fast delivery no messing around even if anything does go wrong they sort you out. Highly recommend
