My husband and I have just moved to Beckenham. We're really keen to integrate into the community and get to know our neighbors and the local shops/cafes. We popped into House of VB yesterday (during our break from DIY) and had a very warm welcome from the staff. We had toasties and some delicious homemade cakes/brownies. Their bakes are homemade, so if you're after a sugar hit and need to see a friendly face, head over there. Thanks for looking after us ladies!

We came here after going swimming at Beckenham Spa and needed a quick bite for lunch. This is a lovely place and the food we had was simple and delicious. They were very considerate with my partner's food intolerances. The cinnamon bun was a pure delight, it is one of the best I have ever tasted - highly recommended!

I've emailed multiple times and I've gotten half hearted responses. Things I've mentioned in the email have been ignored and now I'm getting ignored altogether. It's a shame as I've heard good reviews on her cakes but if she can't be bothered to deal with new clients then I'll need to find others that do.
