A P Ward Building Services

I have used A P Ward a number of times over the last 5+ years including redecorating of bedroom, modern loft access installation and re-roofing of house. The most recent job has been to treat a flat roof which was causing damp: install lead (not previously installed), waterproof paint and new downpipes so water discharges into guttering. And a bonus, installed a new water butt. and Both jobs have been done really well and AP Ward are a pleasure to interact with (both Tony Ward and the people doing the work). Simply put, they are my go-to builder when I need something done.

Tony was professional and thorough in coming round to assess the work, following up quickly with an estimate and then arranging a time for the work to be undertaken. His team were also polite, quick (finished in a hour), personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use them again, especially as theyre local. No more squeaky floorboards or fear of injury. Job well done!
