        I went in there today to post a parcel, and all they had to do is scan it and take it from me. It was a Saturday at 1:50 PM in the afternoon and the woman who was there standing behind the counter said were shut and turned me away, so I went 3/4 of a mile away to the one on Chorley rd and posted it there, No problem That place needs a change of management

        Going down hill really fast, now charges you to withdraw money from the counter! This is illegal by the way! Should be a shed of them selves. They install a cash machine that charges and then charge at the counter like they have a right to do that! Disgusting acts to be allowed by the owners

        This guy never picks the phone. Full of lies- the item I left on Saturday only was collected on Tue afternoon eventhough he kept saying it is being collected on Monday. Was there once and the last time. It is definitely the disgrace of Royal mail name.

        Rude staff, appalling customer service. Would never use by choice. Had to use yesterday to collect a parcel. Rude little man behind counter looked at my card and said he didn't have it and I would have to ring up. He eventually checked the pile of parcels behind him and mine was on the top. No apology just told me to sign for it. Awful man.
