Called these guys at 7.30 in the morning after getting a puncture on a car park near Manchester city centre. He called me back when he said he would with a quote for an exact replacement of my tyre for a good price including fitting. The guy came out, took my wheel away, did all the work, i paid over the phone in the mean time and then met the guy to put the wheel back on. Start to finish 5 hours and 3 phone calls, done and dusted. Really happy with the service, friendly and efficient. Would recommend these guys. Thanks.

These lads a very quick to respond to my call for help even tho it was a Saturday and they where very busy price was very satisfactory will use again if needed thanks guys

My back passenger tyre was flat and my car was parked at work in the city centre. I found this company on google and was happy they could come out today to change my tyre. I was quoted 95 for a new tyre and fitting which I agreed to. Another guy came out and couldn't fit his van up the ramp, but all was fine, he left his van and walked up. He then said I may as well wait in work because it will take a while (because the van wasn't where my car was). 2 and a half hours later I received a phone call from the guy who gave the quote saying my car will be ready for 6pm, I didn't understand what was taking so long but I didn't query it. He then said they'll have to add 15 onto my quote because I'm in the city centre. I challenged this and said they knew where I was, I gave all the details etc. And his response was that the traffic was bad on Portland street (not my problem). As I had already waited hours for them to sort it and it still wasn't completed, I didn't want them to leave my car unfinished so I agreed. He then said ok so it's 110 plus VAT and put me onto another guy to take the payment. VAT? First I heard of this not already being included the original quote but whatever.. The guy taking the payment then said right that's 110 plus VAT.. Do these people not know how to give a definitive price? So I had to ask how much is it with VAT? And he said 132. So my 95 quote actually cost me 132 which I had no choice about paying because I needed my tyre sorting and it's already 6pm. So overall I feel very unhappy and let down. I went for a company that looked small and not as well known hoping to help someone out and get a good service in return. I actually feel like I've been ripped off and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone nor use them again. The guys who came to fit my tyre however were great and very friendly.. unfortunately the rest of the poor service has overshadowed their hard work.
