Shocking adherence to social distancing and use of PPE. Saw 2 employees in a local shop queueing at the till, no attempt to follow the 2m rule from other people in the queue, wearing face masks under their nose and a plastic disposable apron (? had been worn on a visit to a client therefore spreading germs in the shop). Rang their local office to highlight the issues and whilst was initially listened to was then hung up on - very rude and unprofessional.

Why isn't this care company closed? They don't care. They have no customer service skills and no manners. All they care about is going to work and getting paid at the end of the month. People must be getting back-handers for these lot to still be going. Disgusting!

If there was a minus star they'd get that. Looking at other reviews how this company is still allowed to look after vulnerable people I don't know. They were supposed to start visiting my dad this Tuesday once in the morning and once at dinner and give him his medication. They failed to turn up, I rang them today (Thursday) no record of my Dad. I rang Salford NHS who organised this company to come to my Dad's they spoke to the manager and he was supposed to ring me (he didn't) been to Dads somebody from the company has been to Dad's today (only once) no medication given on the phone tomorrow I'm not having anyone from this company setting foot into my Dad's ever again. If you love your family avoid this company.
