Hi-Tec Spray

The service I recently received from Kate at Hitech Spray was fantastic. I was in the middle of a job when my machine broke and she went above and beyond to ensure a new machine was delivered to site. Both her and Andy Bullock at Graco are a credit to their organisations and I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely be using Hitech Spray from now on :)

As a new customer, I can say that the service received from Hi-Tec Spray and in particular Jonny their sales manager has been both extremely helpful and very reliable. Airless spraying is not an area that I am experienced in, so when I needed to look into buying my first airless sprayer for the company, I was instantly drawn to Hi-Tec Spray due to their online store website "spraydirect" and its content. It was a very easy to navigate website and full of extremely informative videos, which made the requirements much easier to understand. However, I also contacted them directly before making my purchase, in order to confirm suitability of the machine I was looking at. This turned out to be a wise decision as the sprayer I was looking at was not suitable and the thick aggressive paint would have soon burnt out my new investment. After making their recommendations to me, I shopped around and also done some further research which confirmed that I was correctly advised by Hi-Tec Spray. At this point, I was confident that they clearly knew what they were talking about, not to mention the ongoing support and service that they offer as a company and therefore, I chose to place my order with them. They informed me that the items were in stock and would be dispatched that same day via next day courier and by the very next day the sprayer arrived. From start to finish I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend this company and offer my thanks to Jonny for all his help.
