        Ordered food at 6.06 pm told food would be here by 6.45pm then changed it to 7.45pm waited and,waited at 8.15pm phoned them to be told was 5 minutes away food arrived at 8.46pm food was cold won't be ordering again this place is a joke

        Terrible food place, I would have been waiting for 3 hours to get the food even though they were saying in 20 mins, then in 5, and finally wouldn't bother answerin my calls when it never arrived after the said times. I had to cancel the order. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, unacceptable customer service, very mismanaged place for sure. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! The food apps shouldn't work with this restaurant.

        Be careful - i ordered a takeaway for Mothers Day on the Royal Tandoori takeaway website. It took the money and stated preparing. I went to collect it and the shop was closed. I had to ring another company today who will arrange a refund but will take up to 5 working days. I spoke to the manager at the shop who just said he had told someone they wasn't open so totally uninterested. Shame won't be using them again, spoilt my day!
