Smart Dental Care - Pendlebury Dental Centre

The dentists are good but the problem is with the format they generate invoices for the services. I had two fillings done over 2 months. They had collected some advance and the remaning had to be paid on the day of treatment. The invoice says ''Recieved from Mr X the amount for professional dental services'' which is vauge . It does not say which treatment? when was the installments paid? Everytime, I upload invoices and the treatment plan to claim insurance money, its a delay!!!!!! I have chased insurance company several times and they blame the practice who did not pick the call to get additional information to process my claim. Not worth the hassle. I request this practice to improve their invoice format or it would be convinient for me to change the pratice.

All the staff at smart dental are very friendly and welcoming! Dr Radmard and Katie are a good team and I know I am in good hands with them. Dr Radmard always explains anything he needs to do and the reason why which is great, as well as cracking a few jokes along the way which is just what you need to make you feel comfortable during your appointment. The team are all fantastic and extremely helpful, Dr Shahram is the best and I cant recommend him enough! He takes time to explain the entire process, check on the progress during and after the treatment is done. He very attentive, welcoming and extremely professional/competent. Im very happy with my results. He also looks after my daughter's teeth with great care and kindness.

NHS patients = 4th rate service at this practice. Putting people on private scheme without asking them. If you want to remain NHS patient you'll only be seen every 12 months and receive 4th rate service. Feels like we're back in Dickensian times. Totally money orientated.
