I booked a treatment as was staying at the hotel and I found the staff very rude on the phone, she kept saying don't cancel or you pay 20% which is fine. Then the day before I was due to stay they tried to change my appointment from 15:30 to 11am, I said I cant do that as would be travelling to the hotel at the time. Again the lady kept telling me if I cancel I need to pay! Then on the day of the treatment they phoned me half an hour before my treatment was due and cancelled! I was not happy at all. If they couldn't do it I should have been told before so I could have least gone somewhere else. It completely ruined my stay!!
