Extortionate pricing for minor front end damage extremely long turn around time due to parts (apparently) once the car was returned to me I noticed the bumper completely out of alignment I contacted them in disgust, they said that they wasn't allowed to touch the left side since this they took it back after my complaint and fitted the 20 part !!! they should of known my bumper wouldn't of lined up without it being replaced if they are professionals they said they couldn't do the works as not costed but for the sake of 20 for a perfect finish they refused to fit it at the time of job absolute disgraceful !!!!
Livid would be an understatement even had the audacity to send an invoice for the part shocking
