We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Penumbra Blinds. They were excellent with information at the consultation stage, giving us enough information and advice to make the correct choice. Then when our sliding windows and blinds came, the installation was flawless and even better than we hoped. The finished product is amazing and we had plenty of compliments. As you can tell, we are very happy.

We talked to several companies about electric awnings before deciding to go with Penumbra blinds. Stuart was knowledgeable and friendly and very happy to answer our many questions. Installation was quick and he and his colleague left everything tidy and in order. As someone else said, no hard sell and he gave us some cost effective ideas for heaters/other extras. Would highly recommend!

Not particularly helpful approach. Gave the impression that didnt want to be present. Gave wrong measurement for blind tube and even managed to put our blind back up incorrectly so we had to take it down again before we could open it. Incorrect information given about the positioning of a blind at our back door too. Very poor. Rude!

I ordered some electrically operated, made to measure roller blinds from Penumbra about 10 days ago and was told they would be about 3 weeks, which compared to a lot of things at the moment, is quite quick. I was very pleasantly surprised when they arrived yesterday. Instalation was quick, tidy and professional and the blinds are very well made and work perfectly. I'm so glad I did not go for the cheaper ones I'd seen in the Internet. Would not hesitate to recommend Penumbra.
