I used to get all my made to measure shirts from Dunhill for many years. I did not want to wait 8 weeks and the quality was going down hill. So I decided to find an alternative. I got a few shirts made up by Turnbull & Asser. Not happy with the cut, too dated and fabric selection was not great. I then discovered Santamria in Notting Hill. From the moment I stepped in to the shop Ana was welcoming and came with a vast amount of knowledge. She was patient and after a few fits, she came up with the perfect shirt. I ordered around 20 shirts from her and they are all perfect. Good fabrics and very well cut. I can't recommend them enough. This is from someone who has a lot of experience of shirt makers! I would have to say I had the best experience making my shirt here. Ana was so friendly and her smile was so infectious. She took her time explaining about the material meticulously and provided her unbiased opinion when I asked her to provide one. I am glad that I happen to stumble upon this shop when I was taking a stroll. A true Gem. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Santamaria Shirtmakers to anyone that wants and require a bespoke Shirt for any occasion.

I was recently lucky enough to have a shirt made for me by Santamaria Shirtmakers as a perk of my job. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. I first met Ana in her cozy Kensington shop in January for the initial measurements. Ana is very welcoming and professional and clearly explained and helped me through all of the many decisions that had to be made about my shirt. My specifications were then sent off to their workshop in Spain where the shirts are made. Just under four weeks later my shirt was ready and I went back to the shop to try it on; a perfect fit and with some lovely details and a high quality of finish. Highly recommended, thanks Ana! Santamaria are the best shirt makers in London, hands down. Their fabrics together with their slight european twist in style give them an edge over all other tailors in London. Price is fantastic too. Love 'em.
